    Jean Marc Aubert, age 40, Polytechnique and ENSAEE

    Before joining jalma in 2010, Jean-Marc worked for the public sector for 15 years. He was Chief of Staff for French Secretary of State for Health Xavier Bertrand and Deputy Chief of staff for French Health Minister Philippe Douste-Blazy in 2004. He then worked for 6 years as Vice-President of the CNAMTS (French National Health Insurance Agency for Wage Earners.) At jalma, Jean-Marc is in charge of Healthcare management projects.

    Audrey Berling-Eeckhout, age 34, IEP Paris and ESCP School of Management

    Before joining jalma in 2005 as head of the Strategy, Marketing and Distribution Division, Audrey spent 4 years at McKinsey & Company. She manages projects dealing with professional strategy, design and overhaul of insurance products, and optimization of distribution channels.

    Noëlle Chevesson, age 52

    Before joining jalma, Noëlle managed the health insurance and benefits back-office at Gras-Savoye. She has been with jalma since 1998 and specializes in information systems restructuring projects and in the optimization of back-office management processes. Noëlle also manages our expert systems activities.

    Mathias Matallah, age 51, HEC School of Management and Institute of French Actuaries

    Prior to founding jalma in 1997, Mathias was director of the French branch of DKV (Europe's premier health insurer) for 2 years. He then managed the Insurance and Employee Benefits Division at Gras Savoye for 5 years. Mathias is an expert in strategy and change management, and is in charge of major transformation projects for large insurance providers.

    Vanessa Mendel-Kopelman, age 40, DESS (Statistics and Econometrics)

    After more than five years working as an actuary with the Ionis Group, Vanessa joined jalma in 1999. At jalma she is head of the Project Management and Oversight Division. She works on large-scale information system restructuring projects in health, life and creditor insurance.

    Alix Pradère, age 39, HEC School of Management and Post-Graduate Degree (DESS) in Health Economics, Paris Dauphine

    Alix began her career with Gras-Savoye. In 1997, she founded jalma and is now its Managing Director. As a health specialist, Alix works chiefly on strategy projects and on the development and launch of new activities and solutions for major insurance providers and other actors within the health sector.

    Dominique Trichard, age 44, Engineer ESTIT, IAE

    After working for 10 years in information technology and with premier IT consultancy firms, Dominique led the information systems overhaul project at Mutuelle Générale for 5 years. He has been with jalma since 2008 where he heads all large IT projects.
